What Makes a Complete MCA Submission Package?
A practical checklist for MCA brokers preparing applications, bank statements, ownership details, stipulations, and lender-ready deal context.
Start with a usable application
The legal business name, DBA, EIN, address, ownership, requested amount, intended use of funds, time in business, industry, and contact information should be clear and consistent. Signatures and required authorizations need to be complete before the file reaches a partner.
Check the statements before sending
Confirm that all required months and pages are present, the account belongs to the applicant, and the numbers line up with the story being presented. Deposits, average balances, NSFs, negative days, existing positions, and unusual activity should be understood before lender selection.
Give the lender the reason the deal fits
A lender-ready package is more than attachments. Include the requested structure, relevant strengths, known concerns, existing obligations, and any context needed to explain the file. Clean packaging earns faster responses and builds better partner relationships over time.
